I review your current store, analytics, competitors and tech. Then I create a prioritized growth plan (sitemap, conversion improvements, must-fix items).  I map the user journey (home → product → cart → checkout) and create wireframes for key pages so we agree on structure before design. 

Build & Setup

 I develop the store on your chosen platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Jimdo, etc.), add products, set up payment/shipping, and install tracking (Google Analytics/FB Pixel). I optimize product descriptions, meta titles/descriptions, image alt text, and basic on-page SEO so search engines and buyers find your products. 

Launch & Training

I test across devices and browsers, run checkout tests, speed checks and fix bugs. I also test analytics/tracking to ensure accurate data. When you’re happy, I push the site live, handle DNS, and walk you through the admin (video or live demo). I hand over credentials and simple how-to guides. 

Audit & Strategy

We start with a short discussion or brief. I learn about your brand, audience, tone, and goals — whether you want to boost sales, retain customers, or grow subscribers. If you already have an email setup (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.), I’ll audit your current flows, open rates, and design.
Then, I create a strategy for your brand — outlining content types, frequency, audience segmentation, and automation. 

Setup & Automation

I design beautiful, mobile-friendly emails that match your brand colors and tone.
 Each email includes compelling headlines, engaging visuals, and persuasive calls to action that encourage clicks and sales. I set up your campaigns, flows, and automations (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase follow-up, win-back campaigns, etc.) on your preferred platform. 

Launch & Tracking

Before launch, I test all emails for deliverability, links, spelling, layout, and mobile responsiveness.  Once approved, I schedule or launch the campaigns at the best time for your audience.
 Then I monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.  After launch, I send a simple performance report showing what worked best and areas to improve.
 If we’re on an ongoing plan, I use this data to adjust strategy for the next campaign.

We start with a quick meeting or form where you share your goals — whether it’s brand awareness, engagement, or driving sales. I study your brand, competitors, audience, and voice to understand what makes your content stand out. 

 If you already have social media accounts, I’ll audit your current performance — followers, engagement rate, content style, and consistency.
 Then I create a customized content strategy with post types, tone, posting frequency, and hashtags tailored to your goals. 

Scheduling & Posting

I design high-quality posts, carousels, reels, or short videos that represent your brand visually and emotionally.
 Each post includes strong captions, trending hashtags, and calls to action that connect with your target audience. 

 Once you approve your content, I schedule it using reliable tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or directly on platform).
 I ensure your feed stays consistent, active, and engaging — even when you’re offline. 

Ads & Growth Campaigns

If your package includes paid ads, I set up and manage ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn).
 I handle targeting, ad design, budgeting, and A/B testing to attract real followers and conversions.  At the end of each month, I share a simple report showing growth — followers, reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.
 I also provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve results in the next cycle.
